In Feb, a jury at the Coffs Harbour Local Court decided Gurjinder Singh guilty of sexually assaulting a 16-year-old girl when he was visiting the area with his friends.
Singh attacked the girl after a drinking session with 3 teenagers at a beach.

He was jailed in Queensland when he returned from India 2 months later,
He said the court during the trial that the girl had allowed for a sexual intercourse.
