Indian athlete accused of sexually abusing minor girl in the US

An Indian athlete, who lately played World Snowshoe Championships in New York after struggling to secure a visa initially, is arrested for sexually abusing a local girl.

According to news, police declares that the 24-year-old Tanveer Hussain of Kashmir, India is also imposed with jeopardizing the welfare of a child.

The incident occurred on Monday in the community in the Adirondack Mountains. The girl & her parents had reportedly filed the complaint with police.

Police declared a statement on Thursday saying that Hussain ‘engaged in a passionate kiss’ with a 12-year-old victim. No more charges were made.

Hussain was in Prison on USD 5,000 cash bail on Thursday. Presently, his attorney has started a not-guilty appeal for him.

Hussain & Abid Khan – the president of the Snowshoe Federation of India, had initially faced difficulties in attempting to travel to the races. Their visa applications were rejected around the time when President Trump had declared an executive order is preventing travel into the United States from seven nations. Though, India wasn’t one of those nations.

However, Tanveer Hussain & Abid Khan were permitted to resubmit their applications & visas were approved following Saranac Lake Mayor Clyde Rabideau moved out to the United States Senates Charles Schumer & Kirsten Gillibrand for help & seventh-graders from Saranac Lake Middle School addressed letters to the senators on account of the 2 men.
